Hello Rochelle,

I also just joined the list(this is my first post), and the diet, and am

pleased to communicate with you.

I am an 'O' and did not experience more 'gas', probably because I was

already a bit gassy having abused myself for some time. I do however feel

much less bloated having cut out wheat(to my surprise) and dairy(almost,

need some milk in the one coffee a day). I have also lost several pounds in

weight in the first week or so which is great, only another few stone to go.

A little 'organic' chocolate keeps me going through this change in habits.

I suspect you 'gas' is a result of a change in diet and it may take a week

or two for the body to re-balance.

This is the first real diet I have been inspired to try for years, and I am

excited about the blood group principle, and not feeling guilty about eating

red meat.

Best wishes in your quest for what you want,

Milton

I'm Very New To This

From: Runtshell@...

Hi,

I'm Rochelle. I found this community in searching the web to see if there

was a site for Dr. D'Adamo. Happily there is! A friend loaned me the ER4YT

a week and a half ago. I was so intrigued, I bought a copy of CR4YT. Wheat

was kind of difficult to give up as it's in everything like corn syrup and

cornstarch! I work in a grocery store with a deli but it's disheartening

that most things there I can't eat.

I have noticed that since I've started this diet that I have more gas than

before. Is this my body detoxing?

Coffee was hard to give up to but it's been nearly a week since I've had

any and I really like green tea.

I would be most happy to communicate with anyone on the subject. This all

feels very right to me. I am an exercise-a-hollic and I really don't care

for dairy.

I don't particularly like red meat...but my husband is a deer hunter and I

like that okay. Seafood is a passion with me...and every other way I

followed the profile of a Type-O.

Well I've blabbered enough...Off to the pool.

Rochelle

Hey ,I'm glad to have helped you make a wise decision!I think having your health is so important that it is priceless, and certainly not worth the risk of breast implants. It's easy to see that once you've lost your health, like I did...Take care and best wishes for a long and happy life,Patty

Thank you for the detailed explanation Patty but it leads me to another question:If all implants develop capsules, why in the world would anyone have the surgery done but more to the point, is it not possible for an implant patient to keep them in for life...?

Thanks for the timely reply, by the way...!

,A capsule is the scar tissue that the body forms around the implantitself, as a preservation reaction by the immune system. It is tryingto wall off the foreign object, and so it is only there as a result ofhaving implants. It forms over time, but quite soon after havingimplants. All women with implants will have a capsule form, and thesecan range from being tissue paper thin, to being quite thick and rubbery. It is not a natural part of the female body at all.In fact, it is even dangerous to leave a capsule in the body after theimplants have been removed, as Dr. Pierre Blais has written about. Many doctors do not subscribe to this view, and therefore leave theirpatients at risk if they do not remove all of the capsule. It is apoint that we stress heavily when we talk to women about gettingexplant. A total capsulectomy MUST be done if a women is sick andwants

her implants removed. We have pictures of capsules in our photo section, and on ourShutterfly site.Patty>> Since I'm so new, I would like to know if any of you can tell me what> a capsule is and what it does in the body. Is it part of the implant> surgery or is it a natural part of the female body...?>> Please forgive me for sounding so foolish but I'd never know if I> never asked, right...!>
