Guest guest
there are multiple studies that show that a vegan diet can reverse and "cure" diabetes. It's not a dicey proposal but scientifically proven. and that can be an IE vegan diet...aka diet as way of life, no weighing and measuring. Re: blood sugar/diabetes/etc. I totally support people eating however they want... but the word " perfect " makes me a little nervous. Sounds diet-y... only the goal isn't weight loss, but to be the " perfect " vegan... which is still, to me, anti-IE. if being totally vegan feels good to you, awesome, but then it wouldn't be such a struggle, no? and promoting a vegan way of life as a way to come off ?diabetes meds seems dicey, indeed. if it works for you, awesome, and feel free to share YOUR experience, but i'd be more comfortable NOT promoting it (or any other diet) as a suggestion for others. all the best, abby I'm here, not a perfect vegan, but working towards it.
