Guest guest
Way to go! You are doing! last night dinner and to day's breakfast. last night I had for dinner, 2 cups of home made turkey soup and my 2 hour reading was 135. this morning I had for breakfast, 3 boiled eggs, 3 bacon and one cup strawberries, my 2 hour reading is 118. I know now that when I drink milk with my breakfast my reading is to high. I stopped drinking the milk and the reading are coming down to where they belong. maybe later down the road I can add milk once a week if I cry to much missing it. going to try the coconut milk and almond milk, but haven't yet.
