It doesn't make me anxious if I go over, but I like knowing. I also like eating healthy foods, and try to avoid unhealthy ones. Isn't this dieting? Can I even do intuitive eating? I just want to be a normal weight, and act like a normal eater, but I don't know what that is anymore. I know I hate the way I feel when I eat grease, and sugar, and I am vegetarian. So do I just give up ie and accept I like the structure of dieting? so confused on these issues.
