Hi Meg! Welcome to the group. Getting a better relationship with food

is the first step, so you're on the right path. I'd suggest offering

yourself choices to see if some healthier foods are really what you

want. So instead of saying, "I want this burger," maybe say "Hmmm, do

I want this burger or that sandwich? Maybe some soup and a salad?" I

find if I think about my choices I often realize something lighter and

healthier is more appealing.
