Guest guest
Hi Meg! Welcome to the group. Getting a better relationship with food is the first step, so you're on the right path. I'd suggest offering yourself choices to see if some healthier foods are really what you want. So instead of saying, "I want this burger," maybe say "Hmmm, do I want this burger or that sandwich? Maybe some soup and a salad?" I find if I think about my choices I often realize something lighter and healthier is more appealing. But I am still eating mostly processed foods and sweets. I've gained a lot of weight. I don't weigh myself, but I'm having a hard time coming to terms with this weight gain. I do have a healthier relationship with food, but now I'd like to get my body healthier. I just wanted to join to see how others were dealing with and getting through the process. thanks! meg
