guilt

i know this is a popular topic and has been talked about a lot. but how do you

guys keep yourself from feeling guilty about eating 'whatever you want' when you

are not TRULY hungry or don't REALLY need it. this is the first part of IE,

right. letting go. giving yourself 100% permission. even when you have weight

loss/fitness goals. you know when it comes to your goals the poptart wont help,

but you also know you HAVE to let yourself eat it if you want it. the first step

of this 'system' is the hardest. i have been trying for quite awhile now. and i

still haven't figured out how to truly let go. advice? stories?
