Sugar-free Chocolate Fudge (taste of home.com)

2 pkgs (8 oz ea) Light cream cheese, softened

2 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled

24 packets aspartame sweetener (equivalent 1 c sugar)

I use splenda for baking

1 t Pure Vanilla Extract

1/2 c chopped pecans

In small bowl, beat cream cheese, chocolate

, sweetener, vanilla til

smooth.

Stir in pecans.

Pour into 8 " square dish lined with foil.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Cut into 16 squares.

Serve chilled.

16 servings.
