I have not tried this mix but it comes from food.com. the Crystal Light is very

good but Wal-Mart has their own brand of sugar free drink mixes called Great

Value. their orange is just as good as the Crystal Light and costs less. I think

I am going to try this sometime.

Ingredients:

Yield: 3 cups

.. 1 (3 1/3 ounce) jar sugar-free iced tea mix with lemon

.. 2 (1 7/8 ounce) packages Crystal Light orange drink mix (classic sunrise-Yep,

it's SUGAR FREE!)

.. 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon

.. 2 teaspoons ground cloves

Directions:

Prep Time: 5 mins

Total Time: 5 mins

1. 1 Combine all ingredients and store in an air-tight container.

2. 2 To make a cup, add 1 1/2 teaspoons of the mix to 1 cup of hot water.

3. 3 To give as a gift, package in 1 cup containers and attach the recipe and

the nutritional information which is as follows (according to the website where

I got this):.

4. 4 3 calories per 1 cup serving. 0 fat, 0 cholesterol and 1 milligram sodium

to a cup.
