Guest guest
I just know I've used them and they do turn black overnite- probably with toxins. And an acupuncurist, who introduced them to an alternative health group I'm in, has many positive success stories from people using them. Guest guest
I would like to hear why Kinotakara foot pads are great, not Takara, also. I actually switched to Takara because I was looking for a foot pad that didn't have the aluminum backing. I can't remember the brand I used before Takara, but it wasn't Kinotakara. Guest guest
Hi Jud, I only used mine for a couple days and felt immediately better, much more energy! Which foot pads did you get? I know, after research that they are not all equal. I may not be as stiff, because I have so much more energy that I am moving more...and that has proven helpful...Hope this helps, Debb SD rheumatic Detox foot pads > Hi, > this is my 12th day using the foot pads each nt, and so far I cannot say I > feel any benefit, either fatigue-wiise or pain and stiffness. > For those of you here who used or are using them, do you know just how long > they recommend applying them each night? Guest guest
Hi Debbie. ...thanks for your prompt response. SO, did you wait till all the dark color was eliminated when you stopped using them? I purchased the ones from whole food focus. It's great to hear that you feel more energized from them. That means their doing their " job " and de-toxing you. Actually, I say I haven't felt a difference, however, now is really not the time to accurately know since my husband had a knee replacement a few wks ago and I was his chief caregiver. It definitely took a toll on me and I had a set back. I had an app't with my RA holistic dr the other day and told him the whole story. He immediately had a Meyers prescribed once a wk for 4 wks, B-12 shots for 30 consecutive days and Vitalzymes daily. So that all plays a part with the foot pads. We'll see. Anyway, thanks for you input and keep up the good work. It's so wonderful to feel energized, isn't it? Judy
Guest guest
NO, I used them for about 6 days in a row...and then about once a week...my first night was really dark color...but after a bit lighter each time.. Guest guest
I was wondering about that myself. Then how will we know when it has " completed its job " ? hmmmm Judy Keels
Guest guest
I'm not sure that the dark colour ever stops. I think it is caused by the substances in the footpad.

Guest guest
HI Sharon, I had posted on this BB several weeks ago about the detox foot pads I was using...I waited a couple weeks to be certain I did see a difference and then posted my results... I bought mine from a company called www.wholelifefocus.com and they are called Acupeds. I had a tremendous response, I felt better, had much more energy and moved better...several of the people on this board have purchased these Acupeds and other brands as well. Guest guest
I heard this was on 20 / 20 and they really don't work or do what they claim to do...is this true ?
Guest guest
Hi , I personally have not used the detox foot pads. I have used the ionic foot bath, and I think this would be a much better choice than the foot pads. There are skeptics of the foot pads and I am one of them....I believe we have good reason to be skeptical.
