I almost always have heartburn, I think because I stuffed myself, felt like I had to clean my plate. I am so happy to have you all to talk to. Maybe try paying close attention when you are eating--sit down and enjoy the food. Stop when you feel your body is satisfied; it may take a while for your mind to catch up! My husband is a Marine and right now I am a sahm. My youngest child just started kindergarten in August. She is 5, I also have two sons, one is 12 the other is 18. I have looked at intuitive eating off and on for a while. I have gotten the book and glanced through it and then put it on paperback swap a couple of times lol. Absolutely certain it can't work and the perfect DIET is out there somewhere just waiting for me! Well I am finally tired of it all. I want to learn to listen to my body and learn to love me again I hope to learn a lot here and I hope I can contribute as well. Thanks for having me.
