Ladies, For those who have been bedridden, here is an email I got from a woman awhile ago who was giving me an update. She had been bedridden for several years, but about 4 years after explant, she was doing well enough to go back to work!I just wanted you to be encouraged that healing does happen, though incredibly slowly. But there is life after breast implants!Hello there Patty,

Just dropping you a note to say "HELLO", and

see how you are feeling/doing? I hope all is going well with you! :) I

had sent you an e-card a few months ago, but not sure if you recieved

it?? How is the group?

I also wanted to give you an update on me, and

my health! I have been working part-time for 6 months now. I work in

an office, about 20 hours per week!! It is a struggle, but I am so

thankful to be able to do this much. Some things I wanted to share with

you that REALLY helped my health are; Physical Therapy 2x a week; with

the Myofascial massage (sp?)!! This massage and p/t program has helped

my health emmensly!! My insurance covers it, and this particualar place

knows about Fibro and CFS, so that is a bonus. I am still with my

boyfriend (together now almost 4 years?)-I am loosing track of time. Also, I tried this new product a few months ago called Natural Relief

1222 (it is a cream that you massage on your body, on the parts that

are in pain)...It is not a cure for the pain, but helps to 'sooth it',

and makes it feel better!! To me, this product is a 'keeper'. I would

highly reccommend it. I bought it from LIFE EXTENSIONS (which I would

HIGHLY recco mmend their products-you might want to check out their

website!!), BUT I was researching it on the net, and found it for MUCH

cheaper than what I paid) Maybe you could pass these tips along to

others too. :)

I still have CFS and FMS, and am sick at some level everyday. (bummer), and still eat healthy (but not as strict as I used to).
