Guest guest
I'm must going to mention to her that it's the banks problem not mine and similar to what you said, you wouldn't have a clue on the real situation. Thanks helps a lot proflaf Subject: Re: Nada's creepy friends To: WTOAdultChildren1 Date: Tuesday, August 24, 2010, 10:26 PM  I know how frustrating and aggravating that must feel, to have a nosy, intrusive, misinformed and judgmental co-worker trying to insert herself into your business. Ugh. If that were happening to me, the next time this individual mentions my nada to me I'd say calmly and politely, " Thank you for your concern, but that topic is not up for discussion " and then change the subject. It feels crappy to be judged unfairly by those who don't know the whole story, but sometimes we just have to live with that aggravating reality. That really sucks, I agree. The only time I'd take action is if an individual began spreading lies about me publicly, with intent to hurt my business or personal reputation. Written defamation of character is called " libel " and spoken defamation of character is called " slander " and those are legally actionable. Otherwise, I'd just ignore the crazy people. What the crazy people think isn't important. I read somewhere that two of the top reasons people move is to (a) better their chances of financial success (people relocate to get a better job, or better-paying job) or ( they move to get away from insane, toxic, hostile, destructive foo members / community members / neighbors. Makes sense to me. -Annie > > Hello all, got a question for you. Have any of you who had nada die and were nc how did you guys deal with the quesitons of peole thinking you are the one responsible for her estate ect. I'm not. In fact there ain't gonna be any money left cause if I'm right she went bankrupt a few weeks before she died, as that there is a house on her street that went bankrupt after she went into the nursing home but before her death. ONe of my well meaning coworkers who sticks her nose where it don't beling really pissed me off today, she commented to me that I should mow her lawn before the city comes after me for it. Nope it's the bank's problem to deal with. Even better, might have accidentily gotten her little monkey in trouble. To make my life even more interesting, she thought that my tabby t eats with attention because my mother petted her, no she always needed attention to eat, my mother neglected them. Someohow one of her 'caregivers' weird > churcy people also had her convicned this coworker that my mother had a lot of health problems in the end, no she didn't she was in the rehab of a nursing home for a broken hip and died unexpectedly, she didn't really need a 'caregiver' she just used people for all she could get them to do for her and that with her the line of really needing help verses poor baby me I'm manipulating people to do my will. NOt to mention this Coursen woman is absolutely a nut job, who goes to their deceased friend's house to pull weeds when there is a company to do it though the bank. One of those mgiht ahve gotten her into trouble, but I did neeed to make srue I wasn't responsible for nada's crap when I dealt with her then or now. This coworker thinks how sad metnally ill, sorry but not my problem, her problem make her deal with it instead of making the rest of the family pay the price for her problems. > GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR How do you respond to these people who don't get the manipulation and lies these people tell. > > > > > >
