thanks for the post.

everyone - I found an easily available Vitamin C supplement with MSM which I like alot - convenient to mix with your c sea salt. emergenC lite (no sugars) with MSM. doent make me wired , just feel more 'oxygenated' after drinking it.

This is similar to what I experienced. Thanks to [my interpretationof] I started doing 1/2 tsp Celtic Grey followed by a tallglass of water w/ 3,000 units of vit C, which helped a whole lot - butI also cut my Iodoral dose back from 3 tablets/dy. My throat problemsand other detoxing effects went away very quickly. But I know littleabout most of the issues raised here - I don't have a pathology, justiodine deficiency and a thyroid that never worked well enough yetprovided 'normal' blood tests. But I'll share a bit of what I'm moreexperienced with:I've done lots of cleanses over the years though and in addition toall the great info Steph and others provide, dry brushing, rubbing theskin with a wash cloth or lufa dipped in hot water w/ginger gratedinto it at the end of a shower, then rinse in cool water], usingcertain [therapeutic grade] essential oils, walking, or whateverexercise one can tolerate - and if fatigue is too much, just lyingdown and moving the limbs gently in their range of motion, gettingtherapeutic massage or acupuncture, even acupressure or shiatsu, doingtai chi or chi gong [sometimes spelled Qigong], even visualizingtoxins leaving [requires mindfulness and repetition, can't do it on'remote control'], walking or lying on the earth if you're in a warmclimate while visualizing release - all these things support detoxing,the latter ones, of course, are less directly physical, some energetic.Since I'm on a roll here - someone asked about MSM and whether itdetoxes - oh yeah it does - big time. From what I've learned,observed, and experienced, good to have one's system flowing smoothlyand not have lots of toxins stuck inside when taking MSM cause it is amajor detoxer.That's my 2cents worth - good luck, M-S>> ,> I've been on 25 mg Iodoral for over a week & just upped it todayto 37.5 > mg.
