A Different Idea about Not Interested in Food

I am barely a beginner about IE, but I can tell you that I am very familiar with what you describe about nothing being appealing. For me, I have learned that it is an indication that something is bothering me that cannot be solved by food. Most often, it means I'm really tired and a weekend with no to do's or even a a vacation day is in order. Lack of appetite and interest in the things you enjoy is the first clue to depression as well so I do a little assess of where I am with that. Sometimes, I'm just bored and I need to change things up a little. Gather my BFF's and have some fun. Sometimes, it's the opposite and I need to spiritually recharge and spend some quality R & R time alone. Sometimes I just need to deal with a problem that I have

shoved into the closet that I'm pretending isn't bothering me.

Just a thought. . . . and happy eating. Deb
