I'm a 30+ year old man and I plan to get real female breast implants but I'm not gay at all and I don't want to fully become a woman. I just love the idea of having my own breasts to both admire and endure any inconvenience that comes along with having them... I really want to know & understand what you women have to go through to have both the natural breasts you were born with as well as having a breast augmentation surgery... If any of you have any thoughts you'd be willing to share with me, I'd love to hear them all...! Should I go with Saline or Silicone implants - given that I'm a healthy man in my early 30's...?
