Autism is a disorder of social interaction where a child has

qualitative impairments of social skills (poor body language,

abnormal peer relationships for age, and a lack of the need to share

with others ones feelings, etc), qualitative impairments of language (

altered conversational skills, total lack of spoken and nonspoken

language, stereotyped language, lack of social imitative/make believe

play), and repetitive/stereotyped behaviors, interests, and

activities (stereotyped/restricted patterns of interest, inflexible

adherence to routines, stereotyped movements, preoccupation with

parts of objects). Severity can vary from a mild " nerdy " quality of

an otherwise normal individual to a nonverbal individual who has

minimal awareness of their surroundings. The Autism Society of

America and COSAC both support excellent websites and 800 numbers

(800-3AUTISM, 800-4AUTISM).

Childhood verbal apraxia is understood to be the association of

language, articulation, oral motor, and fine motor impairments in a

child with otherwise normal skills and normal social relatedness.

two suggestions:

read hacres.com recently featuring health tips about autism...very informational (if you choose to buy any of the products at that site, and you are not working with a health minister either consider Shari or myself. We just get a small credit--not MLM>

chetday.com search for autism.

side note: My daughter lives in TX and said that from MX lots of whooping cough is coming into USA. Our first grandbaby will be 4 months tomorrow. My daughter already had this baby vaccinated in the hospital as the hospital does not waste time in doing this. She is fearful of the baby getting diseases and not concerned about if the baby developed a disease due to these vaccinations. She is willing to live with that decision. I find this sad, but I'm not the mother and a far away grandmother too.

Hope this helps.

I would suggest a classical homeopath. I've heard of a lot of improvement from the proper remedy.

Dear Liane,

I, in turn, am touched by your empathic response.

Children surely suffer with autism, attention deficit disorder, and

many other difficulties. I wish to find avenues of whole-making, such

as healing horse energy.

I am particularly concerned to find ways to affirm children as full

human beings. So often the generation of indigo and crystal children

is being labeled as deficient and disruptive.

Let me share a story with you. I am a church musician. But I sit out in

the congregation during the sermon. A few weeks ago, there was

a young couple with their child, a girl of 18 mos. to 2 yrs old, sitting just in front of me. She

would periodically wander off here and there...to the end of the pew,

up the aisle. Curious. Exploring. One of the couple--each in

turn--would retrieve her without any fuss, and she would be content for

awhile to sit with one or the other of her parents. It was a

remarkable couple, where there was no need for deciding who was going

next...they were utterly equal and at ease in their actions. A most refreshing

sight to see.

As it came time for the anthem, I had the choir stand and gather around

the piano, but found that I was hesitating for some inexplicable

reason. After a pause, I turned and asked over my shoulder, "Would she

like to come join us?" Her mother led the youngster to where the choir

was. The girl clearly expected to sit right beside me, so I had to

adjust the piano bench to give her room. She climbed right up. And

proceeded to reach out with both hands and play the high notes on the

piano, one hand after the other in a rhythmic pattern, hands-full of

notes!. There was a reaction of concern from only one person...a choir

member who wondered out loud how she was going to find her pitch. I

already knew, though, that there was something special unfolding. I

began the piano introduction to the anthem--based on a Jewish dance

melody--and the young girl continued her lively, rhythmic descant

without pause or hesitation. In fact, she transformed her playing to

fit precisely with the rhythms of the accompaniment. It rang out clear and rejoicing, like a handbell choir! The choir sang

from their hearts with a resurgence of enthousiasm. And afterwards, the

congregation roared their delight and approval.

While many came up afterwards to say thank you to me, I was quick to

point out that I had no idea how all that happened. The idea was never

fully formed, there was no plan in mind, the actions simply

transpired in the moment. And this is how I wish it were for me, and for all adults,

all the time. Recognizing and honoring and providing a rightful place

for children in our presence.

Thank you for being one of those who hears this.

In Lak'esh (I am another you),.

---check on the internet for autism and lyme as well as rife

groups, lymegroups. If you cannot find anything let me know I

can dig some more for you. There is a lot on autism and pathogens

with children. Also allergies confused with autism. I was in a renown

clinic and watched children be completely normal and then given red

four, black pepper etc and become autistic behavior. (they had been

labeled that way but when these allergens were removed they were

normal I say it for quite a few weeks while at the clinic with my

children. Mold too can cause that. Environmental things can also

affect the brain the same way. Hopefully you have already checked all

this stuff out. I know how hard it is to not be able to find a cure

for our children. I went through that for many years. Keep fighting

for them. You will find answers. Your child is blessed to have a

caring father like you. cathy

p.s. Germany is way ahead of all of us. If you do not find answers in

your country maybe you need to go there

too.
