You are so right Alana, when I do pre-think and set how I want to eat, I don't

find myself eating too fast or falling into the clean plate routine. It also

helps to give myself permission to stop when I've had enough. Old habits tend to

kick in automatically. Its what I like and find useful about this forum -

reminders like yours.

What number do you want to be on the hunger scale? And then set that intention.

Thanks for the reminder of this because it is something I could be asking

myself, but I don't and then I end up over eating.
