Guest guest Posted February 24, 2009 Report Share Posted February 24, 2009 Hi girls, I can't believe this but I am sleeping better than I have in years and all that peripheral nerve pain is gone! I just slept 10 hours and feel so good. I totally attribute it to the increased vitamin B's. I am taking Nutritional Yeast Flakes on an empty stomach in the morning. Within a half hour I get a wonderful niacin flush that makes me feel like I have a sunburn all over. I also take vitamin B complex and am doing weekly injections of Vitamin B 12. I am still sticking to a low carb diet and eating lots of good eggs and meat, fish and chicken. I am making my bone broths and being very liberal with good fats such as avocados and olive oil. It all seems to be working so well. I went out dancing Friday and Saturday and walked 2 miles on Sunday. This is unheard of for me. But, the best part is the sleep. I am amazed! My skin is loving the increased fats. I had another mole flake off my back. Thanks for all the info on the cayenne pepper, Patty. Very interesting.
