I think doing much better then $50 per month by getting them yourself would be a fairly easy process. The marketing copy on the product page is bothering. It tells you to avoid all those admonitions from others about eating right and exercise, just pop this tab and shut them up. All 3, or versions of same, have mixed results when tested. If one is not overweight I suspect there is little if any result. All 3 are said to address insulin resistance. Weight loss especially and eating right and exercise does the trick and has its own benefits to boot health wise and quality of life wise. Metformin which is now dirt cheap does this and more.
