Guest guest
Ughhh-this sucks big ones! I already went out this morning to drop off some work at school so I don't have to go out tomarrow or brush off a foot of snow from my car. Normally I would never go out but for some reason, just cause I know I shouldn't-I want to! I have nowhere to go anyway! LOL. Everyone, stay warm and safe! Colleen-don't even read or respond to this-I don't care LOL.

I'm staying in for the first time in ages! Not even going to church which is five doors down the street. I'm going to make a batch of soap with Sodium Lactate. Have never tried it before so should be interesting. Decided to use 1/3 oz. per lb. of oils and adding it in the water before I add the lye. I'll let you know what happens. By the way, I bought the powdered SL and have to mix it up first. Saved a ton on shipping. The directions say mix a pound of powder with 10.66 oz. of distilled water. (60/40 ratio) Hope it keeps well because it's going to take me forever to use it up if I only use 1/3 oz. per pound of oils! Cuddle up! I lived with that awful white stuff for 34 years. I hope that all of you stay safe & warm and please don't travel out if you don't have to! Guest guest
I hope all of you ladies in those really cold northern states are staying warm. Yikes, it sounds really horribly cold and nasty out there! Love, Patty
