Guest guest Posted August 16, 2010 Report Share Posted August 16, 2010 Welcome! I'm just starting the Why Weight work book myself. I think the section on the stages is very helpful. The exercises are thought provoking. I think I am going to keep the food journal and feelings like Geneen Roth suggests to find a pattern to any over eating that I do.
