Guest guest Posted August 13, 2010 Report Share Posted August 13, 2010 I have been focusing on getting more fiber in my diet for the past week and a half. I want to not take Metamucil anymore, so I have been tracking my fiber intake, which I don’t like doing because it feels like dieting to me (ie. Counting points) but it is working and I am feeling really good and have found that it isn’t that difficult because I really like the foods that I am including in my eating. I think that soon I will be comfortable enough to be able to quit tracking and just know what to do... I want to start a list of foods that I really like, because I am finding that I don’t really care about a lot of stuff that I have routinely eaten in the past.
