Will some computer program guru tell me. What happens, when you send an

individual a response from the list message?

Remember I am using an old computer with a new windows xp program installed.

I really would like to know.

If you want a copy of your message saved in the sent folder I think you can

find somewhere to have this done in options. so open options and look

around.

It shouldn't matter who the message goes to. A sent message is a sent message.

As someone else stated, look under tools, in your option settings under the send

tab.

you and your email program

I learned a new thing a couple of days ago. I wonder if it holds true for you.

As you probably know when you read and email from blind diabetics lis there are

several responses you can make when replying to a message. You can a response to

the individual poster only.

You can respond to the whole group. You can change the subject and etc. Maybe

there are others. I gave up on Windows7 and had a new hard disk installed on an

old mother board and loaded Windows xp on it and Installed my favorite email

probram OutlookExpress. Of course I didn't do any of this, since I am computer

ignorant. My step son did idt for me. Now my OE program has many email boxes

like inbox, outbox, deleted items, and sent items box. Well Ilearned that when I

respond with a reply sent only to the individual posting the message on the

list, there is no copy of the message noted in my sent items box. Does this

happen to you also. Let me know. If so it is awonderful way of not cluttering up

ones computer, but it also poses a problem for the mentally challenged like me,

since I can no longer remember whether or not I sent a message to you. It

appears that a message sent to the group appears in my sent item box. Does it do

the same for you?

looking out, Harry
