Hi Gayle,

I think the single most important thing is to eliminate sugars, dairy and most

grains. I went off all grains for 6 months but I wasn't sleeping so I added some

brown rice back in. I also do coconut oil everyday. I try to follow Bee's diet

at www.healingnatuallybybee.com but I find it too detoxifying for me so I add a

few grains to her diet. I do lots of vitamins, especially B's and even do an

injection of B12 once a month.

I am not over it. All I know is that I could hardly stay awake before and had no

concentration (but then I couldn't sleep at night) and now I sleep 8 wonderful

hours most nights and my focus and energy is coming back. Since starting this

diet 7 months ago I have gone back into nursing, am taking a watercolor class,

and ballroom dancing 2 nights a week.

I know I still have it because my eyes are still feeling glued shut in the

morning and my ears are ringing and itchy. I still have focus problems and shy

away from reading much. I also get itchy rashes all over my abdomen when I try

to speed up the diet or take too many antifungals. So I take it real slow. I was

sick all the time when I had implants in and lived on antibiotics for years for

sinus infections. What doctors don't tell you!

Hugs,

Joanne

hi joanne-

i had yeast problems before i got the silicone injection (in face) - it subsequently gave me tremor and host of food allergies. i've been trying to figure out ever since, mainly whats causing tremor. i suspect it might have something to do with yeast or mold (tho i had the injection, not the implant - not to say that theres no mold there either), but i dont have a h istory of antibiotics. i dont know why either mold problems (yeast) should be so hard to get rid of. sounds like yours too, have been ongoing for awhile.

ive heard different theories like you still have heavy metal or mercury, cant remember which - but dont know if thats true either. i just want to know whats causing the tremor. one dr. suggested brain damage, another suggested allergies to silicone, as i'm sure its still sitting in my face, even tho i did have most cut out. its been almost 8 yrs. since the silicone, so im getting pretty discouraaged that its still there. i just wish there was a way to diagnose the cause of the symp;tom - reducing certain foods helps me for awhile, but then it always gets worse again, or never completely goes away no matter what i do. have you heard of anyone similar?

have you ever tried yeast cleanse? it helps me some, but i have some allergy to it. do you do liver cleanse? i have allergy to the epsom salts, also some to the oil. a local accup. uses cascara sagrada for epsom salt, but i havent tried it yet. have not heard of any other good way to get rid of allergies - have done kinesology, and even dr rae's methods, but they all only help to a limited extent. some very llimited.

thanks.
