Guest guest
Congratulations on your anniversary for your explant, you're going on 6 months! I am just thrilled for you that you've improved so dramatically and doing so well. Thank you so much for sharing that! That rash is an indication that you are still eliminating toxins in your chest and boobs out through your skin. When I fasted with water only, I got a rash on my chest, however, it didn't itch. But my naturopath confirmed that it was a sign of toxin removal. What are you doing for your rash? You may want to do some fasting, or sauna treatments to encourage sweating, or perhaps some detoxing baths. You could also do a liver flush or a coffee enema to help purge the toxins. What detoxing have you done? Thanks again for writing to let us know. Great news! Patty > > I explanted on Monday October 16th and I have felt dramatically different. I had no idea it would happen this quickly but for the first time I got up at seven am and did not feel like I could sleep twelve more hours...absolutely amazing!! My head feels clearer...I took a ton of blood work prior to explant in order to compare. Can't wait to see results. I am going to write a more in depth post about my experience in the near future but for now I wanted to thank everyone for their shared stories and support and would like to give hope to other women in our situation. I'm also loving my little B cups. I feel natural and like ME!!! One small thing...did anyone else experience and itchy rash on their chest? I thought I heard about this in another forum, perhaps even here...very uncomfortable. It is on my chest and nowhere else...(?) >
