was reading comments on Geneen Roth’s Facebook page and someone wrote on there

that they were having a problem with popcorn. 

That got quite a chuckle out of me since I am the Popcorn Queen!  I was thinking about how I have been working

on the popcorn issue…I tend to ask my husband to make it for me when I am

feeling lonely or bored. (By the way, he makes the best popcorn ever!). 

When

my children are here visiting they always want him to make popcorn for

them.  The thought went through my head

that “popcorn means daddy loves me”.  Oh,

my God…flashes of being a child…my mom would send me to bed without dinner sometimes

if I “misbehaved”; later in the evening, my dad would come up to my room with a

bowl of popcorn for me.  Oh, my

God…”popcorn means daddy loves me”.  This

is just too weird! 

This

work is so interesting and strange and wonderful and scary!  I love it!
