IE is all about 'no rules' so you do not have to sit down to eat. Yet it is a

suggestion because what that can do for you is to help be more aware (as in

mindfulness) of what and how you do eat. If you can, find a way to make eating

in a new way (such as sitting at a table) into a FUN or at least pleasant

experience. Make it a picnic? Set a fabulously beautiful place setting? How

about a mini-buffet of favorite foods? With such thoughts fore front, perhaps

this won't feel restrictive? If it still does, its OK to 'graze' but see if you

can make it mindful - really tasting food, checking in on satisfaction etc.

BEST to you, Katcha

IEing since March 2007

restrictive of me to say that I should only eat when I put something on a plate

and am sitting down at a table? I never had like a " family time " meal so I never

really learned eating etiquete. I dont know if this is a bad idea though. Any

thoughts/ideas?
