I really think it is different for each person. Maybe that is not to restrictive for you but could be to restrictive for another person. I just think as long as we are only thinking about our health and how we feel about it and ourselves then it is okay. I try to only eat at a table (whether at my table at home, a table at a resturant, or a table at a friends or church). It helps me to not midlessly eat as I have a terrible habit of doing. If I only eat when sitting at a table then I have to think about what I am doing. I do NOT restrict any food at all. I still let myself eat whatever I want whenever I want but eatting at the table helps me to think about what I am eatting and if I really need/want it. Am I really hungry? Do I really want it? Many times I find that the food I am about to eat...when I think about it...I don't really even want it. Sitting at the table to eat everything helps me to

think. But I think this is different for each person. Just be good to yourself and don't be hard on yourself. That is the most important thing. ~DawnC~

I have a horrible habit of eating/grazing in the kitchen. Is it too restrictive of me to say that I should only eat when I put something on a plate and am sitting down at a table? I never had like a "family time" meal so I never really learned eating etiquete. I dont know if this is a bad idea though. Any thoughts/ideas?
