Hi. I bring you a message from someone who sends their love to the

entire group. Before I give you the message I send you my love too.

I'm sorry I am negligent in posting. I worry that I would not

contribute as much help as you give me. And you do!

While I have been a member, you provide tools to help me in grieving

from divorce, the loss of my career, healing from abuse and illness

triggered by these things. What happened to me makes it difficult to

reach out, but I thank you for keeping me.

You have been of tremembdous help to me by posting healing links and

videos especially on the 528 hz frequency.

Now the message from one who knows you. One of you led me to a video

from meditation-mantra.org (if you go to youtube they post a lot of

videos). And I recommend their website. The link to the video someone

from the group posted helped me tremendously. In fact it helped so much

that I visited the website and ordered another download but did not

receive it...

When I sent a message to tell the moderator and mentioned how I found

out about them. I received a reply and was asked to let

(yes all of you) know you " are changing the world " and

to say " hi " . I now have an great hypnosis to listen to as I sleep. I

have been trying to deal with insomnia and what I received I listen to

for nine nights. Last night was the first and normally if I do sleep I

wake up feeling drained. Today I felt hope and in a better place.

Forgive me when I have posted and broke any rules. I did not know. I

wanted to say I am here and not lose you.
