If it gets really bad, then I have a few pieces of celery with a bit of cream cheese or a bit of natural peanut butter. really really hungry I quit smoking two months ago. Everything was fine for a while, then I started feeling ravenous about an hour after eating. My meals are substantial so I know I'm not really hungry. I have mostly given in to these cravings, but I don't want to gain weight. Does anyone have any tricks they use or foods they use that can help me through this phase?
