Guest guest Posted April 10, 2011 Report Share Posted April 10, 2011 Katcha, what you wrote about buffets reminds me of something Gillian (our moderator and IE coach) used tell was to ask yourself prior to an eating situation is to ask yourself, how do you want to feel at the end of your meal? What number do you want to be on the hunger scale? And then set that intention. Thanks for the reminder of this because it is something I could be asking myself, but I don't and then I end up over eating.
