Guest guest Posted July 4, 2011 Report Share Posted July 4, 2011 I quit smoking two months ago. Everything was fine for a while, then I started feeling ravenous about an hour after eating. My meals are substantial so I know I'm not really hungry. I have mostly given in to these cravings, but I don't want to gain weight.
