Guest guest Posted April 1, 2008 Report Share Posted April 1, 2008 I know that many of you have already been praying for my brother who recently found out that he had mouth cancer. Well we just got the news today that they are going to have to remove a large portion of his tongue and will take some tissue from his arm to try to rebuild it as much as they can. He is looking at about 14-16 hours of surgery. Any surgery is risky for him because he is very obese. We don't have the exact date yet, but it will be within the next couple of weeks. They have told him that he may have temporary or permanent speech problems. His name is Jim Harrington and I would appreciate your prayers. I feel very sad for him right now.
