If you have a juicer and a really bad cold...

Can you please try something for me? (I am wicked curious!)

According to my book - The Ultimate Healing System by LePore, he says

there really isn't any such thing as a common cold - it's really just a

deficiency in 'one or more of the following' - potassium, sodium and sulfur.

If your right nostril is stuffed - that's a potassium def

If your left nostril is stuffed - that's a sodium def

(and you place one finger on one nostril to see if you can blow thru it?)

With a sulfur def, there will be a lot of phlem in the throat, especially in the

morning.

....now if you have post nasal drip, let me know, there is something for that

too. But for now, I am trying to see if this actually works, and I haven't had

a cold, nor has anyone in the family...so it's hard to see if it will work.

If you have a juicer

Juice:

2 Carrots

2 Celery

2 shallots (or a 1/2 onion)

1/2 inch ginger

1 Apple

if you are low oxalate

Juice:

1/8 Red cabbage (so, cut the cabbage into fours and one of the fours cut in

half- I hope this makes sense.)

a handful of fresh parsley

30 grapes (if you are Feingold, change that to Pineapple - 1/4)

1 apple

I have no one to practice on other than my family, and they are too healthy at

this point. I tried to entice my neighbor, but it was a no go (He'd rather

complain about his ailment, rather than drink juice)

Shoot! you should've asked a week ago when EVERYbody in the house was "stuffy" - including three adults who could verbalize for you. I'll hold onto to this recipe, tho. Just in case.....
