Guest guest
Mine snaps her fingers and points in front of her if she wants me. Ugh. > > > > > > > My Nada calls me like a dog. Guest guest
How demeaning! I agree with friendsofcam: stop responding as though your nada's behavior is a normal, loving way to treat a fellow human being. I think that foc came up with a great way to respond: " Are you looking for your dog? (a dog?) " and walk away. Don't willingly participate in your own mistreatment; if nada responds, " Oh, you have no sense of humor " then I'd say something like, " Well then you won't mind if I treat you the same way, will you? Because its funny. " Its like, OK, I can see it being a funny joke once, or even once in a while, but if that's nada's standard way of addressing you or relating to you then its meant to be humiliating and denigrating, and meant to reinforce and demonstrate that nada is your master and you are her servant/slave/possession/trained seal. -Annie > > > > > > > > > > > My Nada calls me like a dog. Guest guest
Ha! If she wants to communicate via hand signals and whistles, I can think of one real effective hand signal to use in response... > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > My Nada calls me like a dog.
