Guest guest
I have started noticing the same thing with things that are sweet or salty...starting to be way too much for me...I love it!Sue hello lilygirl, I have found that the more I keep listening to my body the more I can't stand the taste of sugar, even my FORMER fav gellato now makes me feel ill after just 2 teeny tiny spoonfuls. Also, salty things get just WAY too salty after a while. I think that is how intuitive eating works. If I listen to myself (my tastebuds & my body signals) I intuitively KNOW what to do. thanks for being here mj > > >>>So basically what I am asking is for help figuring out what is an appropriate time to eat. I find that if I turn off all distractions and eat slow, I can figure out when to stop eating. It's just finding the right times to eat. Thanks for any help. This is absolutely true. I've found that whenever I feel like something to eat, I always ask my stomach what it thinks before I decide. I went from being able to eat an entire packet of fudge -- and more! -- to sometimes wanting only one or two pieces, and often not any. The best thing is when I'm faced with a choice of a salad or something sweet, and I really feel like having the salad. Paddy
Guest guest
Ditto for me: I've got snack-pack items, both sweet and salty, that are languishing here. Just yesterday I started checking expiration dates on them and have packed them up to take to the office for others to enjoy. Laurie Re: Re: Hunger cues...What?? Guest guest
I look forward to this happening to me. Right now it seems that I can't get enough carbs and sweets. I'm sure it's just the honeymoon phase with IE and that will wear off in a while. Rhonda From: bcpeditor@...
