I've still been using the 'lose weight' words, but what I mean, is it's hard to tie my shoes, or getting on the floor with my kids is difficult and I feel uncomfortable. I like this way of looking at it because I've been fighting the other words and feeling the anti-ie of them, but still feeling the need for changes because activites can be so difficult at my current body shape/size.
