I saw this article today, Three Ideas for Befriending Your Body, that spoke to

some of my questions:

I thought I would share it in case anyone else is looking for tips to help

reverse the negative inner monologue. I love the suggestion to just say " hi " to

your reflection.

I loved this article. I read so many things about loving your body and get the

same advice from everywhere and alot of it makes no sense to me but this article

made since. I can't wait to start writing my body's story. Sounds

difficult....but also sounds like a fun journey.
