Guest guest Posted March 7, 2010 Report Share Posted March 7, 2010 Hi, McKella, sorry to hear you're feeling a bit down, but I can certainly empathize since I have SAD too! Are you able to do some aerobic activity? That always seems to lift the spirits and the mood which I discovered yesterday after an exercise break. I was reading somewhere that a little interior redecorating may be helpful in brightening your mood, like getting some brightly colored pillows (bright yellow, red, etc.) for your sofa. Aromatherapy (I think lavender helps with depression) may help too as may some light therapy. But hang in there, most of the winter is behind us and spring is just around the corner!!!
