Guest guest Posted July 23, 2010 Report Share Posted July 23, 2010 hello lilygirl, I have found that the more I keep listening to my body the more I can't stand the taste of sugar, even my FORMER fav gellato now makes me feel ill after just 2 teeny tiny spoonfuls. Also, salty things get just WAY too salty after a while. I think that is how intuitive eating works. If I listen to myself (my tastebuds & my body signals) I intuitively KNOW what to do. thanks for being here mj > > >>>So basically what I am asking is for help figuring out what is an appropriate time to eat.
