Guest guest
--- Smile, you want it, you don't need it. A 1/2 cup of sf jello at the end of each meal is fine w/ a couple tsp of coolwhip. Mowing into a bowl of the stuff slathered w/ coolwhip isn't. In the beginning, getting through the detox, yes, I did have sf when I was trying to get a grip on my blood sugar levels. Once you have had your dessert, do something else and get busy till the next time you eat. Guest guest
Hi April, I used to be like that and I talked to my IE nutritionist and she told me that its probably because I'm either not eating the foods that I truly enjoy or not getting enough protein. I made some modifications and don't have that problem anymore. Hope this helps! M. > > Hi, folks. > Almost every time I eat, I find I crave something sweet at the end of a > meal.
