You have to limit your "sweets" intake to 75 calories. You are free touse these 75 calories at any time of the day and any way you want :)

Yes it does and thanks again. There are almost no calroies in either of these items.

A 1/2 cup of sf jello at the end of each meal is fine w/ a couple tsp

of coolwhip. Mowing into a bowl of the stuff slathered w/ coolwhip

isn't. In the beginning, getting through the detox, yes, I did have sf

when I was trying to get a grip on my blood sugar levels. Once you have

had your dessert, do something else and get busy till the next time you

eat.

Hi April,

I used to be like that and I talked to my IE nutritionist and she told me that

its probably because I'm either not eating the foods that I truly enjoy or not

getting enough protein. I made some modifications and don't have that problem

anymore.
