I started SCD diet for my son in August.It was so hard to control his yeast before even he was on GFCFSFCorn free diet and no sugar diet.I tried rx antifungales also. The diet and GSE and Ooo has helped us to bring his yeast under control. we still control his fruit intake and haven't introduced any nut flours.
