Aura Stretching ~ From Sacred Union: The Journey Home, page154 Zadkiel provided us with this exercise as a means to further strengthen our individual aura, along with the connection to the divine. He recommends that you start each day with this exercise. You can even do it before leaving your bed. He suggests that you can do the aura stretching often. It offers refreshment and essential vitality whenever unpleasant emotions are present. It is also effective to simply allow yourself an "infusion of light" which is most pleasurable and peaceful, especially when you wish to calm, center and balance.Sit comfortably and begin by breathing deeply. Allow your eyes to close gently as you center your attention on your aura. Take few moments to experience the boundary of your energy field. Familiar now with the other edge of your aura, send energy to stretch your aura out as far as you can so that it can connect with the divine energy of the universe. Simply stretch your aura out in front,in back, below you and above you. Send it in all direction. Release any pre-conceived judgments about time and space and relax into the stretching. At some point you will notice a tingle or a senseof vitality; allow the energy of the cosmos to re-energize your aura. Take amoment to experience this state of oneness. When you are ready, allow your newly re-energized aura to return to its normal state, near your body. Continue deep breathing, slowly open your eyes, and enjoy!
