Guest guest
Thank you for those encouraging words. I am having a rough weekend. Friday afternoon I was just walking around in the kitchen getting food ready for the microwave that I probably should not have been having anyway. I felt something pop in the back of my leg just below the knee. It has really been hurting on and off all night and all day. It is not as intense now and I can put more weight on it. But I have been sleeping a lot and I never eard my brother come back with the groceries today. It is pretty bad when I have to take care of . Luckily he let me sleep. But he needs his pills, drinks of water and Gator Aid, his milk shakes and more importantly, to be re-positioned in bed every so often. I just felt ashamed of myself today and also my testing has come up with some weird readings. I got one number I did not like and that was 370 and then I keep getting readings that just say Low. I retested and it still said Low. I am thinking it is saying low because it cannot get enough blood. But they say a side effect of taking glyburide is low blood sugar. So either I am not getting out enough blood on these strips or I am bouncing all over the spectrum. It is still a learning experience for me. I still get drowsy a couple hours after taking my pill. And I have to worry about this leg because every once in a while it still stabs me with pain. I think it is a pulled muscle or something because it is improving. I didn't need another thing to go wrong. So that was a very encouraging note. your morning coffee;words of encouragement > These are words of Encouragement for all of you. > Stop Comparing Yourself With Others > by Jane > > " Preserve your confidence. Guest guest
Thank you, Sugar. It is so easy to become depressed and I will try to stay encouraged. If I slip up there is always later today and tomorrow and maybe IK will realize it is not a punishment to stay on the wagon but I will be rewarded by not feeling as awful as I do now. Guest guest
Thanks a lot Dave. It means so much to have all of you as my cheering section. I think Dr. said my A1C was 12.
