about fiber one bars again

well, here is the layout per bar

sugars 5

calories 90

calories from fat 13

carbs 10

fiber 5

protein, oh I forgot, think I mentioned it in the last post...frown

but it was a good number as well.

oh not a problem.

now I bought the peanut butter one;howver there is a chocolate one, but that is

double everyting, so not so good,and the PB one taste good..
