If you have issues with watermelon, remove it, it makes it really sweet (for kids). Add instead 2 ripe pears - peeled. As your child gets healthier, you will need less fruit to juice, and juice mostly vegetables (with some apples). My kids will drink anything I put in front of them!! Guest guest
You should write a book..or have you already? Here goes. - this makes about 16-20 oz of juicer drink. USE organic fruits/veggies whenever possible. 2 - 1 1/2 inch 'slices' watermelon 1 lemon (rind removed) 1/2 Pineapple 2 golden delicious apples 1/4 of green cabbage 2 leaves and stalks of kale (just rinse) 1/2 inch ginger This is good. If you have issues with watermelon, remove it, it makes it really sweet (for kids). Add instead 2 ripe pears - peeled. As your child gets healthier, you will need less fruit to juice, and juice mostly vegetables (with some apples). My kids will drink anything I put in front of them!! But it's a great way to get nutrition in them and do it fast. and here is what it's good for... lemon is a wonderful liver detoxer, phlem remover, and turns alkaline in the body. Ginger is a wonderful anti-inflammatory, helps with nausea, and stops intestinal gas (need w/cabbage!) - it also has a binding agent called Gingerol - that delivers other herbs where they are supposed to go. Cabbage juice is said to have many healing properties for the intestines, honestly, you should google it, and read some articles, they are totally fascinating!! Kale is high in chlorophyll which has many healing properties, and wonderful for the immune system and detoxing value. Apples contain malic acid which is great for digestion, maintaining the liver is distributed quickly when apples are juiced. Apples also keep the arteries clear by breaking down plaque. and finally Pineapple. My favorite. It's loaded with digestive enzymes, anti-inflammatory, and rich in vitamins and minerals. You can just never go wrong with pineapple. Besides, it makes everything really tasty... laura

Guest guest
We use fresh pineapple. I cut off the top and bottom, then cut in half (height wise), and we juice the core...I think someone had told me that before. Guest guest
Thanks for the recipe, ! I tried it today and my son drank a full glass of juice!! It really tastes good!! I will be making some more tomorrow. Do you have more recipes that are also low to medium oxalates? Thanks, Dovile Subject: Low Oxalate Juicer Drink Recipe - Drink #1To: mb12 valtrex Date: Friday, January 14, 2011, 6:29 PM Here goes. - this makes about 16-20 oz of juicer drink. As your child gets healthier, you will need less fruit to juice, and juice mostly vegetables (with some apples). My kids will drink anything I put in front of them!! But it's a great way to get nutrition in them and do it fast.and here is what it's good for... lemon is a wonderful liver detoxer, phlem remover, and turns alkaline in the body. Kale is high in chlorophyll which has many healing properties, and wonderful for the immune system and detoxing value.Apples contain malic acid which is great for digestion, maintaining the liver is distributed quickly when apples are juiced. If you have issues with watermelon, remove it, it makes it really sweet (for kids). Add instead 2 ripe pears - peeled. As your child gets healthier, you will need less fruit to juice, and juice mostly vegetables (with some apples). My kids will drink anything I put in front of them!! But it's a great way to get nutrition in them and do it fast.and here is what it's good for... lemon is a wonderful liver detoxer, phlem remover, and turns alkaline in the body. Kale is high in chlorophyll which has many healing properties, and wonderful for the immune system and detoxing value.Apples contain malic acid which is great for digestion, maintaining the liver is distributed quickly when apples are juiced. Apples also keep the arteries clear by breaking down plaque.and finally Pineapple. My favorite. It's loaded with digestive enzymes, anti-inflammatory, and rich in vitamins and minerals. You can just never go wrong with pineapple. Besides, it makes everything really tasty... laura
Guest guest
I am working on them. I have been researching specific juices and their healing properties. My goals is to create a juice that contain ALL The vitamins, minerals, enzymes and amino acids we need. (I will have to work on the correct portion later) -- but I am hoping to find a good balance to help our kids. I've been juicing since Sept/Oct of 09. My kid has had a relatively quick recovery, and while I have done lots of therapies, I feel like this one in particular is especially helpful to our kids. I have been reading cancer and other disease juicing protocols, and I can't help but feel like - they are all connected. Health = Nutrition. and the way Humans get nutrition is thru diet. If you remove the barriers, then you are that much farther ahead. Barriers are everything from allergies, to bad gut flora, etc. So in the end, my goal is to come up with a rotation of juices that are extremely healing so that whatever barriers our kids have, this is a way around it. (while infusing great things in their little bodies.) I am SO happy he likes it - it's wicked healing!! Let us know if you see improvements, etc. As I am very curious. (Cabbage protocol is said to turn the intestines alkaline in short order, so I feel like if you do a cabbage juice everyday for a week, then add the probiotics -- will you see a difference in the yeast dilemma (as this dilemma seems to plague all of our kids) > > > > Subject: Low Oxalate Juicer Drink Recipe - Drink #1 > To: mb12 valtrex > Date: Friday, January 14, 2011, 6:29 PM > > > Â > > > > Here goes. - this makes about 16-20 oz of juicer drink. > > USE organic fruits/veggies whenever possible. > > 2 - 1 1/2 inch 'slices' watermelon > 1 lemon (rind removed) > 1/2 Pineapple > 2 golden delicious apples > 1/4 of green cabbage > 2 leaves and stalks of kale (just rinse) > 1/2 inch ginger > > This is good.
