I think that it's important that Oprah shared that she now believes that she publicly " shamed " herself in the Jan '09 issue of O Magazine. I did see Geneen doing alot of nodding in the clip! I have noticed that when Oprah doesn't know a lot about a subject, then a guest has more time to speak. In contrast, Geneen's book represents a subject area that she's been immersed in and talking about for years. Although they are similar, I do prefer the 10 principles of IE to Geneen's 7 eating guidelines. Latoya > > I was extremely disappointed in this show. Oprah was too busy talking about herself for the majority of the show. I would have liked to have seen Geneen interact with the audience. I love the book!!
