Guest guest
Congrats again Sandy :-) Such discoveries really help you embrace IE for yourself. I too had a 'clock' issue at first. Mine was mid afternoon which I eventually associated with having developed from receiving an after school snack so many years ago. Amazing how such an association can remain! It also remains an 'important' (desired) thing for me to make a dinner for us (hubby & me) which can and does vary time wise depending on what we are in the middle of or not (also retired). When I do find myself feeling hungry before I am ready to make dinner I often have a bite of something that I have learned will hold me just until I will have dinner ready. This can be a fun learning thing too! I got a little clip on timer so I could check with myself - say hourly - to sense what my hunger level was. I found out that a small apple, or couple of cookies would hold me at least an hour. A slice of cheese might be an hour and half etc. It was fun to play with different foods and find this out for myself. ehugs, Katcha IEing since March 2007 > > Thanks. And I just did another step.
