Guest guest Posted July 12, 2011 Report Share Posted July 12, 2011 Hi all, ok, so I just started with this A M Med Direct, and they send me the wrong machine;I use the prodigy voice, and I was sent the prodigy code... ok, so they are going to change it for me, that's great! now my question is, they were needing a " visual aqute number " in order for my insurance to cover this new and upgrade Prodigy Voice... I told them there is no number for me, since I have no vision whatsoever and so I went round and round with them about this, and even my doctor said how can I give a number if there is nothing there? so now we sit and wait if the insurance approves.. this is crazy. has anyone ever gone through something similiar?, for those of you who are totally blind? just shareing thanks oh and I was told that the code strips and the voice strips do work, but from what Ruth says they dont. so now another round of do they or don't they;however I do believe Ruth, as she is more knowledgable then these folks at AM med direct, so it seems;but we will wait and see. thanks for hearing me out sugar 'Real tears are not those that fall from your eyes and cover your face, but that fall from your heart and cover your soul.' ~Be Blessed, Sugar Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
