Guest guest
Hi, I'm re-reading " The Deadly Diet " by Terence Sandbek. It is a cognitive therapy approach to eating disorders. I'm re-reading it to get more " rational " healthy language to dispute the inner critic. I recommend it for anyone with any type of eating issue, but I think it would be especially helpful for anorexics and bulimics. I'm having a hankering for Cognitive therapy type books, right now. The classic one is Burn's " Feeling Good. " Koenig in " The Rules of Normal Eating " has a cognitive therapy approach to eating issues. I have Seligman's book about authentic happiness on my nightstand. Please tell me if I'm missing some classic or excellent books on this topic. Thanks.
